Multi-stage quality inspections

1. Material and Fabric:

Visual Inspection: Check for discoloration, pilling, tears, uneven dyeing, or other fabric flaws.

Color Fastness: Conduct tests to ensure the fabric’s color does not easily fade or transfer.

2. Stitching and Seams:

Stitch Integrity: Examine seams for proper alignment, consistent stitch length, and absence of loose or broken threads.

Reinforcement: Verify that stress points, like strap attachments and seams, have adequate reinforcement.

3. Zippers and Hardware:

Functionality: Test zippers to ensure they operate smoothly, without jamming, over multiple cycles.

Durability: Check buckles, clasps, and other hardware for proper function and secure attachment.

4. Straps and Handles:

Comfort and Adjustability: Evaluate the design and adjustability of straps for wearer comfort.

Strength: Perform strength tests on handles and straps to ensure they can withstand intended loads without detaching or breaking.

5. Design and Dimensions:

Accurate Measurements: Ensure the backpack’s dimensions, compartment sizes, and pocket placements match the approved specifications.

Overall Finish: Look for aesthetic issues like improper binding, inconsistent color, or poorly placed logos.

6. Performance Tests:

Water Resistance: Test the backpack’s ability to protect contents from water.

Drop Test: Simulate drops to assess the backpack’s ability to withstand impacts.

Loading Test: Check how the bag performs when loaded to its intended capacity.

7. Packaging and Labeling:

Label Verification: Ensure all required markings, care labels, and branding information are present, correctly applied, and legible.

Packaging Integrity: Confirm the packaging meets specifications for protection and presentation.

How We Inspect Your Products

We take pride in our meticulous inspection process that ensures every product meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Our comprehensive inspection procedure is designed to detect defects early and prevent any issues from reaching our customers.

1. Pre-Production Inspection

Before production begins, we inspect all raw materials, including fabrics and hardware, ensuring they meet our strict quality standards.

2. In-Process Inspection

During production, our team conducts regular checks on stitching, hardware, and overall functionality to ensure that every product is made according to specifications.

3. Final Random Inspection (FRI):

Employing the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standard, specifically AQL 2.5 for apparel, we perform a detailed inspection of a randomly selected sample of the final product. This step verifies that the quality meets both our standards and your expectations.

4. Packaging and Shipping Check

Before shipment, we inspect packaging to ensure each product is securely packed and ready for safe delivery, with proper labeling for international shipping.

5. Loading Supervision (Optional):

Upon request, we can supervise the loading of goods to ensure that the correct quantities are shipped and proper handling methods are used to safeguard the products during transit.
